The new VENOM teaser depicts not only Carnage’s origins, but also what to expect from his destructive abilities.

A new trailer for Venom 2 ‘Let There Be Carnage’ has been released. Tom Hardy reprises his role as Eddie Brock, a journalist who becomes the host of an alien symbiote that transforms him into the titular head-chomping anti-hero in the sequel to 2018’s Venom. The Venom movie’s post-credits scene revealed Woody Harrelson’s Cletus Kasady, who is the alter-ego of Venom’s most renowned antagonist in the Marvel comics.
The scenario set the ground for Venom and Carnage to face off in the sequel, and when Sony confirmed the Venom: Let There Be Carnage movie title last year, it all but guaranteed fans will be treated to a fight like this.
The sequel was also delayed owing to the COVID-19 pandemic around the same time as the title announcement; it’s now planned to visit theaters in late September.

“One year after the events of Venom, investigative journalist Eddie Brock struggles to adjust to life as the host of the alien symbiote Venom, which offers him superhuman abilities in order to be a lethal vigilante,” according to the film’s synopsis.
Early, unofficial looks at Harrelson’s Cletus Kasady were revealed in set images and videos from the Venom sequel’s production, including a new hairstyle, which differed from the post-credits sequence. The official Venom: Let There Be Carnage movie trailer, on the other hand, depicted what Carnage might look like in live-action.

Aside from Carnage, the trailer focused on Eddie and Venom’s bond, which was one of the highlights of the original film. As the premiere of the Venom sequel approaches, Sony has released a new trailer for the sequel.

The Let There Be Carnage trailer includes more footage of new Marvel comics villain Shriek (Naomie Harris), who has a romantic involvement with Cletus in the books, in addition to Carnage and Venom.
Shriek’s role in Venom 2 ‘Let There Be Carnage’ is unknown, while she obviously exits Ravencroft with Cletus, as evidenced by a sight of the two of them exiting the burning building, and the film looks to be altering their connection. But, except from some footage showcasing her abilities, it’s unclear what to expect from Shriek in the film. The Venom: Let There Be Carnage trailer, on the other hand, lays the groundwork for a massive clash between Venom and Carnage.
