Santok Singh Sukh shot at by two unidentified men days after joining BJP
Bigg Boss 13 celebrity Shehnaaz Gill’s father, Santok Singh Sukh, was shot at by two unidentified armed men late on Saturday (December 25) evening at around 8:30 PM when two men on a bike fired at Singh, just before the State Assembly Elections 2022.
On Saturday around 8:30 p.m., two men on a motorcycle opened fire on Shehnaaz Gill’s father, Santok Singh Sukh as he was returning from an event. It happened on their way when the driver stopped near a dhaba for a restroom break. That’s when two men on a bike stopped near his car and began shooting at him. When Singh’s gunmen arrived to rescue him, four shots were fired at the car, and the passengers fled. The incident was immediately reported to the local police.
Santok Singh Sukh escaped the shooting uninjured.
According to Amarujala, the Station House Officer at Jandiala Guru police station stated that four empty shells were recovered from the scene. “Following a preliminary investigation, the matter was found to be suspicious, and thus further investigation was underway,” he added.
It was also revealed that several criminal cases had been filed against Singh, which resulted in his security being revoked. It’s now being said that cops will look into various possibilities before taking action.
Meanwhile, Shehnaaz Gill has avoided social media since the unexpected death of her close friend Sidharth Shukla. She’s been keeping herself busy with work. She recently drew attention after appearing on the poster of a well-known international show. Shehnaaz also attended her manager’s engagement party the day before. Several photos of the actress from the event have been circulating on social media.
Shehnaaz released a song dedicated to Sidharth with moments from their Bigg Boss home more than a month after his death. Tu Yaheen Hai was the title of the song. Some fans believe Shehnaaz will make her digital debut soon after sharing a morphed poster of Lucifer on Instagram.
