Aryan Khan, 2 others were arrested in Mumbai cruise drugs case
Aryan Khan, Shahrukh Khan’s son was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Sunday at 2 p.m. after interrogating him about the cruise rave party that the agency busted on Saturday night. On Sunday, Aryan and two other people were detained off the Empress ship off the coast of Mumbai.
Aryan was detained under the NDPS Act’s Sections 8C, 20B, 27 and 35. Aryan Khan, along with seven others, was taken for interrogation early Sunday, according to reports. Aryan Khan was arrested in the afternoon in connection with the rave party case, where 13 grams of cocaine, 21 grams of charas, 22 pills of MDMA (ecstacy), 5 grams of MD, and $1.33 lakh in cash were discovered.

Aryan Khan has denied purchasing narcotics in a written declaration. Another five suspects – Nupur Sarika, Ismeet Singh, Mohak Jaswal, Vikrant Chhoker, and Gomit Chopra – are having their statements recorded, following which they will most likely be arrested.
The NCB stated it raided the cruise because it had received information that a rave party would be conducted there and that some persons from the film business would be present. NCB had information that drugs will be used at the party. The raid lasted a long time, and it was reported on Sunday morning that children of big Bollywood stars were present at the party. They were detained and interrogated.
According to NCB sources, officials seized and scanned Aryan Khan’s and the other accused’s electronic devices to look for any evidence of their involvement in the possession or consumption of drugs.
As soon as Aryan Khan’s name, and thus Shah Rukh Khan’s name, was attached to the case, it became a high-profile matter, despite the fact that the NCB has questioned other Bollywood celebrities in the last year about their drug connections.
