The most awaited comeback of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has finally arrived on the big screen.
The actor who has millions of fans was last seen on film in 2018 and has yet to make an official statement about his upcoming project. Last year, he began filming for his next feature, Pathan, and he has also signed a couple additional projects. Shah Rukh Khan was back in the news on Saturday after appearing in an ad campaign for the Disney+ Hotstar streaming platform.
The ad referenced the superstar’s lack of a release on the streaming platform at a time when all of his peers have done so. With this one, the actor seemed to have been hit hard by FOMO. Reason? Except for Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Saif Ali Khan, and Sanjay Dutt, all of his contemporaries are on the OTT channel Disney+ Hotstar. SRK is seen having a conversation with his manager while greeting his followers from his balcony in the film, which is a promotional video for the streaming platform.
Shah Rukh Khan starts the video by waving to his supporters from his balcony. The singer and his manager then discuss how no other celebrity can draw such a large gathering outside their home. However, his manager informs him that he is unsure about the superstar’s future because, with the exception of him, all of Bollywood’s greatest stars have now joined the OTT platform.
Karan Johar, a close friend of Shah Rukh Khan, responded to Badshah Khan’s latest video. He stated that he does not believe SRK will ever experience FOMO. He penned, “I never thought I’d witness the day when even Bollywood’s Baadshah experiences FOMO. @iamsrk (sic) I’ve watched everything now!!”
According to Bollywood Hungama, a trustworthy source has stated that Shah Rukh Khan will make his digital debut with Disney+ Hotstar. The superstar has agreed to star in a web series that will be available exclusively on the platform. For the time being, more information about the web series is being kept under wraps.

Shah Rukh Khan is now filming the yet-to-be-titled film directed by Atlee, which also stars Nayanthara. His action flick Pathan, directed by Siddharth Anand, is being highly anticipated by his admirers. Deepika Padukone and John Abraham also star in the flick.
