On Thursday, Bollywood stars Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal Got married.
The celebrities announced the announcement on their official Instagram accounts, along with photos from the wedding. “Only love and thankfulness in our hearts for everything that got us to this point,” Katrina and Vicky wrote in the caption. As we embark on this new adventure together, I ask for all of your love and blessings.”
The wedding took place at Rajasthan’s Six Senses Fort Barwara in the Sawai Madhopur district, and was attended by family and close friends. The couple, according to ANI, took the ‘pheras’ on Thursday afternoon. Despite the fact that it was Bollywood’s most recent big-ticket wedding, the event was kept extremely private. The entire event was apparently a stunning but covert affair, from a no-photos NDA agreement to a mandatory RT PCR test for unvaccinated attendance.
While fans were mainly kept in the dark on the days of the mehendi and sangeet (December 7 and 8), the media were able to get images of certain visitors on their way to Jaipur. A number of people were observed at the Mumbai airport as they prepared to board a trip to Jaipur, including Katrina Kaif’s family, filmmaker Kabir Khan, actor Neha Dhupia, and musician Gurdas Maan. Maan, as well as the musical trio of Shankar, Ehsaan, and Loy, are said to have performed during the sangeet.

Anand Tiwari and his wife Angira, Neha Dhupia, Angad Bedi, and Sharvari, Kabir Khan and his wife Mini Mathur, Producer Amritpal Singh Bindra, and Vicky Kaushal’s brother Sunny Kaushal were among the guests. The sangeet night was a musical extravaganza, with not only the aforementioned guests performing, but even Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif themselves shaking a leg at the event. Katrina appeared to be grooving to her biggest hits, such as “Teri Ore” and “Kala Chashma.” On December 8, the pair also held a haldi ceremony.
While the couple has always been tight-lipped about their relationship, fans can now expect them to be a little more open about it on social media. Two years ago, the actors were first seen together during a Film Companion interview. Fans of Katrina and Vicky haven’t shied away from shipping the duo together since then. Vicky feigned to faint during his appearance on Koffee with Karan when Katrina expressed interest in working with him on a project, fueling rumors that they were dating.
Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif are both enjoying in the success of their respective films, Sardar Udham and Sooryavanshi.
