Sidharth Shukla’s death leaves TV and film stars in shock

 Big Boss 13 winner Sidharth Shukla passes away.

Sidharth Shukla, a popular television and film actor best known for his part in the long-running TV serial Balika Vadhu and as the winner of Bigg Boss 13, died on Thursday, according to a spokesperson for Cooper Hospital. He was 40 years old at the time.

On Thursday morning, actor Sidharth Shukla died after a heart attack. His untimely death has caused shock among his coworkers.

His mother and two sisters are his only survivors.

A senior Cooper Hospital officer informed PTI, “He was brought dead to the hospital some time ago.”

Manoj Bajpayee wrote in a tweet, “OMG!!! This is So Shocking!!! Words will fail to describe the shock and sense of loss of his near and dear ones !!! May he rest in peace !!! No yaar !!!!”

Sunil Grover, a comedian and actor, tweeted, “Sidharth Shukla’s death has shocked and saddened me. He left us far too soon. Prayers. Rest in peace, my friend.” Nimrat Kaur, an actress, commented, “Heartfelt condolences to late Sidharth Shukla’s family. News that is both astonishing and distressing….”

Sidharth Shukla was born in Mumbai on December 12, 1980, to Ashok and Rita Shukla. His family is from Prayagraj (formerly Allahabad), Uttar Pradesh. He attended St. Xavier’s High School in Fort and then graduated from Rachana Sansad School of Interior Design with a degree in interior design.

Sidharth Shukla made his acting debut in the 2008 show Babul Ka Aangann Chootey Na, in which he played the lead character. In 2014, he made his Bollywood debut in Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, playing a supporting part. He was crowned the champion of Bigg Boss 13 and Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 7. He was the host of Savdhaan India and India’s Got Talent, among other shows.
